Return Procedure:

I want to respond to the company’s reply because there are several ongoing concerns that remain unresolved. First, I do not believe it is appropriate or professional to publicly post my tracking number in a review response. That information should have been sent to me directly by email, not displayed publicly. To date, I have not received any email with tracking information.
Second, there are now conflicting explanations regarding what happened to my original order. When I spoke to a representative by phone, I was told that UPS picked up the order from their warehouse and that UPS lost the package. However, the response here states that my original order was damaged. These are two completely different explanations.
Additionally, the UPS tracking information shows that the package was dropped off to UPS, which contradicts the claim that the order was lost prior to shipment. As of today, there have been no tracking updates for several days.
Due to these inconsistencies and lack of direct communication, I am not confident that this issue has been resolved. Until I physically receive my order at my doorstep and can confirm that everything I paid for is included and undamaged, I will be keeping this as a one-star review. I will update my review once the order is successfully delivered and verified.
I never received my items. Can this place is a scam.
